Refund and Exchange Policy

EXCHANGES

A. Exchanges may be made for any reason within 14 days of delivery.Exchanges or returns after 14 days of delivery will be made at our solediscretion. Exchanges for items of lesser value will be subject to a 25%restocking fee.

B. To exchange a product, the buyer is responsible for contacting usto receive an RMA#. The buyer must write the RMA# on the box(es). Itemswithout an RMA# as stated will be REJECTED.

C. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return an itemto us. All items must be returned in the same condition that they leftus. If an item is lost or damaged in transit during the return shipment,the buyer is responsible for filing all shipping claims with theshipping company and no exchange by us will be made.

D. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will verify the conditionof it. If the item is not able to be verified, the buyer will beresponsible for having the item collected from our facility at his orher expense within 10 days of notification. If not collected within thatperiod, the item will be disposed of at our discretion.

E. Immediately, or as soon as possible, we will ship (at your expense) the requested replacement.

F. The exchanged item will have the same refund warranty as stated below in the REFUNDS section.

REFUNDS

A. If you are not completely satisfied with our products we will REFUND thepurchase price of the item minus original shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

B. To receive the refund, the item must be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date of the item.

C. To receive a refund, the buyer is responsible for contacting usto receive an RMA#. The buyer must write the RMA# on the box(es). Itemswithout an RMA# as stated will be REJECTED.

D. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return theitem to us. The item must be returned in the same condition that it leftour facility.
