- The business states that their refund policy is as follows;
Stock Order Cancellations-If you wish to cancel a stock order you may do so at any time before the product has been delivered for a complete refund of all moneys. If a stock order has been delivered, you may return the product within fourteen (14) days for a complete refund, provided the product is returned in the original cartons and is in good condition. If the product is returned within 14 days, but not in original cartons, or in poor condition Seasonal Specialty Stores has the right to refuse the return or assign a restocking fee.
Special Orders- If you wish to cancel a special order, notify the store manager in writing. We will contact the manufacturer or distributor immediately. If your order has not been filled, it will be canceled and your deposit fully refunded. If your order has been filled and is about to be shipped, the order may not be canceled. If your special order cannot be canceled and you refuse to accept the order, your deposit will be forfeited. - Business Categories
