      Avoid this banks at all costs! I applied for a small equity loan and the loan officer, Preston *****, said I was denied because my house needed repairs. My house was just completely renovated from top to bottom and is a waterfront property. Even the appraisal they did came in over double the loan I applied for. When I asked for details about what repairs he was referring to he refused to answer. I asked for him to explain via email and he refused to put anything in writing and said he would only talk over the phone. I then talked to him on the phone and he provided no information just that I was denied and there I was not able to refute the decision or know why the decision was made. There is clearly funny business going on with this bank. Stay away.
