On Sept. 23, 2023 I had ordered a pair of Victory Sportswear sneakers title, NEW! Black Suede/Covert Green Mesh Regular price $230. There is a brief disclaimer below the shoes that asks the customer to allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. After sharing that I had ordered sneakers that are made in the U.S. and not made out of polyester with my girlfriend and her sister, her sister emailed Victory Sportswear and asked if they offer a military discount. They said yeah and gave her a discount code. Then she suggested that I use her discount. After measuring my feet, I asked "Steve" to cancel my order and he refunded my payment. Then, I reordered the shoe in my corrected size in double wide, then applied my girlfriends sister's military discount code. The order was placed and the charge was completed; my debit card was charged the discounted amount of $170 on Sept. 27, 2023. After waiting nine weeks, I had messaged the customer support contact, or Steve, and asked about the status of my order? Steve didn't reply. I waited another two weeks or so then messaged Steve a second time about my order. He emailed me saying that my sneakers are set to e shipped in two weeks and then said, what branch of the military are you in I'm just curious. I replied indicating that out of pure kindness, a close family-friend insisted that I use her discount. I was generally bothered because I had waited months to go to LifeTime and because I didn't think it was necessary for me to tell a stranger my life story as it involves my significant other and her sister. However, I explained anyway, and expressed my distaste of his question, then asked him to please refund my payment. Another three weeks passed, and I followed up again asking for my money back. He responded threatening to file a lawsuit for impersonating an officer if I don't send him a check for $230 and it clears; and/or that, only after I send a check and it clears will he refund my debit card payment.

The customer ordered a pair of sneakers on Sept 23, then a few days later canceled the order and was refunded, he then emailed asking if i would offer him a military discount which i happily did and reordered sneakers on Sept 27.  He emailed me on Dec 1 asking when they would ship, they were all ready and just needed to be cleaned and would ship the following week, i emailed him letting him know this (see attached email correspondence) where I simply asked him what branch of the military he was in where he then felt the need to tell me to go to h*** for simply asking a question that i believe to be valid since he asked for a military discount but yet is NOT in the military.  So, after 2 nasty emails from this customer and threats of trying to claim fraud i simply asked him to mail me a check and i would refund the CC and mail the sneakers, since then he has threatened me over and over again and now this.

He has 2 options to either mail a check and i will mail the sneakers right out once it clears and offer a refund to his CC or I will file a claim in district court.

On January 30, 2020 I ordered a pair of boots from Hersey Custom Shoes. I spoke to ***** and he assured me he would be able to make the custom made boots. I sent him a check in the amount of $492.00 -check number **** drawn on the ************* in ** the check was cashed. I spoke to him on two different occasions, and he assured me he would get the boots finished and send them to me. I have since tried calling him on several occasions and only get voice mail recording and I leave a message. His website is currently under construction and not available. I am trying to find out if he is still in business and would like to resolve this issue. If you are able to help me with this issue I would appreciate it. Thanks *****************
