    I cant even begin to express the profound kindness and compassion I have received from this company. I am an independent person who in the past few months have had medical issues preventing me from having been able to shovel after the storm yesterday. I called Nova and spoke to Jamiley looking for snow removal at my home. However, they had been completely booked. I explained my situation to Jamiley and she actually did something that just isn't heard of anymore. After hours her and her family members went to my house and cleared my driveway, sidewalk, and walkway to my door. They did an amazing job and even salted for me. She did this on her own time and asked for nothing in return. She said, I believe in a neighbor helping a neighbor. Well I cant thank her enough for helping me in this unique situation where I was in a bad way and really needed help. It just goes to show that Nova has real genuinely kind people in their company. As I told Jamiley, she has made a new friend and future customer.

    We had a fantastic experience with Nova Home Improvements for our complete house and shed roof replacement. From the knowledgeable and personable sales rep, John L to the meticulous work of the general manager, Andrei Z and his crew, every aspect of the job was handled professionally. They addressed all our concerns promptly and correctly.We love the beautiful color pattern we chose and feel we got great value for what we paid. The project was completed in just one day, minimizing any inconvenience for us. Nova Home Improvements exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend them for any home improvement projects.***** and ********************** ****** **

    Nova has communication issues between owner, sales rep, office, installer, and general manager.... each of them interacts independently with the customer, but not with each other. Documentation is limited, no invoices, only a contract, payment to the installer, not the company, job completion signature required but not explained, etc.However...the installer and helper did an magnificent job on a patio double door slider replacement...working quickly efficiently.I highly recommend the quality of their work, and suggest they need more communication coordination between themselves and the customer.

    I recently started working with Nova on a unique project and I have found the owner Gleb very easy to deal with throughout the entire process. I would recommend he and his company to anyone in search of a quality home improvement project
