            Great pool. We've been able to use this particular model for multiple patients dealing with a variety of issues with great success. My initial sales person was great to work with and did not try to up-sell. When asked about an underwater treadmill, she stated she would absorb the extra cost due to the functionality of the pool we were purchasing. Where I do have an issue is with customer service. There have been times when we have had technical questions needing responses. The person we've spoken to has consistently spoken in a patronizing manner. My last few conversations have ended in basically, "I'm not there, I can't see it, I can't help you." I'm not a pool specialist. I'm a healthcare specialist. I can't even imagine addressing my patients in the same manner as he addresses our staff. I would give the pool 5 stars but will have to drop the rating to 3 stars because of the service experience.
