    I brought my 2011 VW Toureg in 1/4/2024 because of noise right side of engine. Dealership diagnoses issue and claims engine is out of time -28 degrees. Dealership quoted price 5399 I accepted . Work began and did complete until 2/22/24 seven weeks.Noise still exists dealership proposes injector change out I agreed . Noise remains dealership removed injectors I drove car home. Driving approx. a couple thousand miles check engine light comes on and car has code ***** engine out of time. Returned car to the dealer 5/13/24 .They begin work under warranty from initial timing job. No communication from dealership May - June at this point I contacted ********** USA as to intervene on my behalf. They return status on car as waiting for parts .I showed up at dealership in person and they state that they are awaiting advice from a master tech. They contacted me 7/8/24 and state the timing issue requires replacement of crankshaft sensor and will cost over 3000$ an hour or so later they call and state that whats requires replacement is a camshaft and will cost 4000$. I wish to get my vehicle repaired in a timely communicative way on a mater that they began and misdiagnosed and still have conflicting ideas of repair . I require assistance in rectifying .
