1- Wholesale items are not covered by warranty. Retail Sales are warranted as per agreed with customer and CCMI Sales Rep.
2- All claims and returns must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. RMA is required on all returns. All returns are subject to 25% re-stocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. No returns for custom/special orders. Please visit our website for any additional policy information.
3- FOB Fall River, MA and buyer is responsible for all shipping and packing charges and duties/fees at destination.
4- All sales are in USD and based on cash value.
