    Bayside Auto replaced the 6 cylinder engine in my ********************* March of 2021.The total cost for engine replacement and some new parts was over $7,700.00. The engine came with a five year / 100k mile warranty. Within 2 weeks of recieving the car back from engine replacement, the car began to overheat. Brought vehicle back to Bayside and was told that "everything wants to be new" So, I spent another $1400 during the next 3 months as the car repeatedly kept overheating and having to be AAA towed back to bayside auto. At this point, no matter how much money that I spent on fixing all of these different things, it STILL DIDN'T SOLVE THE OVERHEATING ISSUE. Eventually, after another few months of overheating, I had no other choice but to leave the car with Bayside once again. Bayside then realized that the new engine was, in fact, not good at all and needed to be replaced a 2nd time. The engine had warped cams or something?? So after a year of chacing overheating issues and replacing everything that could possibly make the car overheat, the real problem was the engine itself. But hey whatever, right? It's only my time and money that were constantly being wasted. Now, after the 2nd engine was replaced in November, my check engine light still would not go off. The codes were reading O2 sensor. Brought car back to bayside to fix sensor issue. Replaced O2 sensors and did some things that cost $300. A day later the check engine light is back on with different codes. Brought car back and waited again for another week to be fixed. This time I was told it was EGR valve and cost was $687 to fix. Got into a heated conversation with owner and he told me to leave with the car and never come back. The car still has an engine light on and he still hasnt fixed the issue. I'm getting 10 miles a gallon on a new engine since January but they still havent fixed it. Smh. Im contacting my union lawyers on Monday to see what course of legal action can be taken.

    The worst experience that I've ever had with an automobile repair shop in my 36 years of driving. Just completely unprofessional, expensive and incompetent, to say the least.
