I have engaged in a contract with ***** and ***** Home improvement to have a 24x24 garage built on June 18, 2021. I have paid everything he requested on time and today is 6-15-2002 and this project is still not complete. I have been deceived, lied to, misled, etc. I have a phone full of text messages that could write a book with excuses. I reluctantly gave him a $3000 check on April 13th after he ran out of money to complete the job. We agreed this would be complete on the following Friday April 22, 2022.(see attached text message). It has been almost 2 months later and it is still not complete and I have debris in my yard, staging attached to my garage, and tools and supplies in my garage. I have an open town permit that I would like closed and have been chasing him for weeks to complete this. It consists of 2 brackets that need to be installed (from what I'm being told by *****). I have a personal friend who is one of his sub-contractors that is working on this project that has verified that his phone is working 508-207-0497. He blew me off by saying this was out of service a couple weeks ago, but I know for a fact that this phone is working and he won't return my calls. I have also emailed him at his company email and still no response, *****and*****homeimp.com I have been mislead and lied to enough. I have given him numerous chances including extra money to complete this job. I can't get this promise that he gave me resolved. This has been a nuisance to my wife and kids. The work to be completed would take a solid day to complete. I have attached the list of things that are to be completed for the final inspection and payment. I am a manager of a family organization and I have never seen such bad business practices by a company. As of today 6-15-2022 I have my friend (his sub-contractor going directly to his house to get some answers. I refuse to go to his house and want a call or email back and have this job completed. I need you're help plz
