      Repossession of car happened with wrongful payment. Bank took payment from account then returned it days later. Repoed car, payment was given to bank, bank denied release of car, extra 2 days in storage. Employee belittled and called names over the phone, claimed they did not receive correct paper work but we have confirmation that they did. Horrible service and rude employees.

      I purchased a car loan from them for a used car and I had an 800+ credit score. After the first couple of months I noticed I wasn't receiving bill for payment. I checked with them and they had the old address (which isn't on the car loan) and gave them the new one. Months later I still haven't received a bill. Call them again and fix the address again. I also need to pay several months together to fill in the payments they hadn't sent. i had them put me on automatic payment. About 6 weeks later I get a not from them threatening to repossess my car. It turns out when they set up my autopayment they set the amount to $0. I do another several months emergency payment and although I've had the car only one year I've paid 30 payment. They also knocked 3oo points off my credit rating for their mistake. Stay far away if you've got good credit, run by people who don't know what they're doing and don't care.

      Dear ****************,

      We are in receipt of your complaint regarding the potential incorrect address, lack of receiving statements, automatic payment and derogatory credit reporting on the above referenced loan.  We have reviewed your account in detail and have no record of any written or verbal conversation with you informing us that your address was incorrect.   Conversely, we spoke to you on October 6, 2022 and you confirmed the above referenced address to be correct and made a payment with a representative.   All statements have been sent to this address. 

      Also, you reference a drop in your credit score due to the lack of receiving statements and an issue with the automatic payment.  We have researched this as well and can confirm that you were making on time payments.  However, there was a derogatory credit **** due to a technological issue that occurred in April 2023 which caused $0.00 to be pulled for the monthly payment as opposed to the monthly payment amount you had scheduled.  This has been corrected and your account now reflects no derogatory credit reporting.  Messages were left for you in an attempt to explain this, but no return calls were received.
