              I purchased my blinds a few years ago. The past year they stopped working and are left open. My couches got ruined from the sun due to the blinds not being able to close. I have reached out to the company to send someone to come check out what the problem is since i still have warranty left. They keep telling me that they will have someone call me and no one ever calls me back or showed up to fix the issue. They are probably waiting for warrwnty to expire then show up to charge more money. I finally spoke to someone named ****** from ****** ** and she was very rude. Said someone is calling me now and no one did

              Aug. 16, 2021. We couldnt be more disappointed in our experience with blinds to go. From ordering simple blinds in October, not ready to install until February. Finally come to install , and one of five blinds was broken . Took two weeks to repair , but then a month to re install . By June, the same blind broke again . Took it for repair July 3,21. Still has not be re installed . This Will be the third time installing . Overall , blinds installed are also all wrinkled , with NO solution per the installer. Blinds look even worse from outside. When challenged about quality , BTG stated I could purchase an alternative product . I would violently recommend NOT doing business with BTG . We wouldnt want you to be as disappointed as we are . ************** / Stamford , **.
