This is about the abusive increase of prices at VIPTAX on their services. Also, the behavior of the General Manager, *****************************, who was disrespectful, anti ethic, unprofessional, intolerant, rude, unable to handle problems and to deal with people. He became upset just because I complained about the abusive increase in the price of my 2023 tax return preparation compared to 2022. As a consumer, I have the right to complain if I feel uncomfortable or abused as a client. Just for everyone to understand my frustration, the **File fee increased 100%, and Tax return preparation, 48.9%. Since the inflation in the US for 2023 was 3.4%. This increase is unacceptable. I also want to inform that VIPTAX charge $75,00 to do the tax return preparation in person. I sent an email to VIPTAX, I tried to understand why the price increased so high, but ****************** replied saying: You was too loud to the ABSURD and he couldnt handle the situation peacefully. When ******* doesn't have an argument, he tries to invalidate the others sanity. He actually didnt answer any of my questions and seemed not interested in solving the problem.
