    Like the other complainant here, would prefer to leave zero or negative stars. I didn't learn how badly *** Moses and Tax Preparation Services screwed up my 2021 tax returns until I got a letter from the *** with substantial penalties and interest for under-reporting my income. No one answered my calls to his office and I received no response to emails and voicemails for a week and a half, when Moses finally scheduled an appointment with me. I drove 40 minutes to meet with him at the designated time, and he did not show up. I finally had to hire (and pay, again) a competent accountant, who found that: 1. Moses did not report income from capital gains; he blamed me and said I must have not given him the paperwork, but he did report income from dividends, which were on the exact same statement, so it was clearly right in front of him. 2. He did not report nearly $22,000 in estimated federal taxes I had paid in advance, which he himself had advised me to pay, and which I had reminded him about, in writing, when I gave him my tax documents. 3. He did not report thousands of dollars in charitable contributions, about which I had informed him in writing. This was carelessness bordering on negligence, yet he took zero responsibility, and instead proposed that a colleague file an amended return, at my additional expense. It says on his website, "Were dedicated to our clients," and "We work hard and long hours when they need us even after tax season." Neither of these things is remotely true Stay very, very far away from this guy.
