    One star is generous. I went in for a remote starter and passive locking, scheduled a 9 AM appointment on 11/4, and dropped my car off the night before. I was told it would take 34 hours and theyd call when it was done. Of course, they didnt. Hours 3, 4, 5, and 6 passed with zero communication. I finally called at 3 PM and was told they were wiring the module and needed another hour. I showed up at 4:15 PM still not done. I waited until 5:15 PM, after the owner had already left early, before they finally returned the car.When I asked about passive locking, the tech said, No, you just lock it with the fob, meaning they hadnt even installed what I requested. The excuse? No one told me. I was told to come back the next day so they could turn it on, like it was some forgotten switch.I came back, and that tech wasnt there. The owner contradicted everything Id been told and called the manufacturer, only to learn they installed a module that didnt even support passive locking. After wasting a full day, the wrong hardware was in my car. He said hed overnight the right module and call me.He didnt. I had to call them Friday and was told to schedule yet another appointment. When I asked how long it would take, I got the incredibly useless It takes whatever it takes. So I dropped the car off again Sunday night.Once again, the entire day passed with no updates. At 3:30 PM I called same line: One more hour. No call after that. At 5:03 PM I got a voicemail saying they were closing because I wasnt there, despite being five minutes away and never once told the job was done. I arrived at 5:07 to find my car still inside and the building locked.And the system they did install doesnt work correctly. If any door except the drivers door is open, the vehicle still locks. After auto-locking, the fob and app wont unlock the car after a few minutes. Only one of the two fobs works. The alarm just flashes the headlights.

    The only place I take my cars for stereo, bluetooth, radar, remote starter, camera and/or alarm stuff. Been going to PS for 20 years+.
