October 21, 2022 $845. I booked a night at knights inn in ******* *************. After checking in, I noticed that there was not a lock on the exterior window in room 293, I went to the lobby and shared my complaint. They gave me a new room, room 271. The next room had locks that did not work. I locked the exterior windows, both windows opened right up. Room 271 was on the ground floor. We went back to the lobby at 10:15pm to request a new room. There weren't any other rooms available. We had to go down the road to the best western. The employee at ******* inn said that he would have to contact a manager in order to attempt to refund us but that we might not get a refund.Business response
