      Order ****** was placed on April 5, credit credit charged and order placed in confirmed status. Contacted CustServ (email) on April 16 who explained they were out of stock and more stock is expected by end of April. As of May 5, order has not shipped, CustServ does not respond to email and no agents are answering calls.

      I purchased the ******** and a week later the company came out with the Nira Pro Plus which is 50% stronger. I spoke to **** customer service at the time who said I could mail my **** Po back and pay $70.20 diff in addition to my return of $599 for invoice ****** all which I did. All completed by April *******. From then on I left numerous messages and got no return calls after they took my product and money for upgrade. I kept getting automated messages they are to be sent out in a few days. This has been going on since the 14th. I requested my money back by email and did not get a response. I paid for a product I cant get, cant my money back nor speak to a human. At this point I dont trust the company and would like my money back.

      I purchased and received a Nira Precision Laser in mid October and used it for two weeks. I noticed the skin around my eyes was getting very dry and red, so I stopped using it two weeks after I started. The skin began to peel under my eyes and become itchy and painful. I was in ***** by this time and went to pharmacy who suggested aquafor. The peeling, rawness, and swelling did not improve. I saw my primary care doctor when I returned in mid-November who sent me to a dermatologist who prescribed Opzelura as a last resort, a black box drug with multiple side effects. It improved slightly,however, I was left with dry, discolored, and huge eye bags. I contacted the company who so far has only offered a refund for this product, not addressed the long term effects that I now have. It is now almost April of 2025 and my eyes are still 10 years older looking than they were before I used this product. Pictures are attached below, the first one is now with bags and discoloration, then photos of damage done, last one is me BEFORE Nira without the damage 5 months before using the laser.

      I ordered a product from this company, they made several mistakes, sent me several products I did not approve, and after ********************************************************* labels to return the product. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, but I think that other customer should know to be very careful about how they handle the customer service. I was able to return two items, one with a prepaid item that I had and one I had to pay for.The amount for this entire mess is almost $700.00

      Originally purchased my Nira device 5/5/24, shipping notification 5/7/24 and received the device 5/10/24. Happy with device until the internal fan started malfunctioning. Contacted **** customer service for warranty replacement on 11/15/24 (no response) & again on 11/17/24. On 11/18/24 **** responded a new device was being shipped to me. 11/21, 11/22, 11/26/24 I emailed for a shipping number. 11/27/24 Tiann at **** responded it would be shipped out today. 12/3/24 I email them for a shipping confirmation again. 12/10/24 I send a email after I receive the new device but the internal fan doesnt run at all & the heat isnt working. 12/11 -13/24 email from **** to reset device but it still doesnt work. They apologize and will ship a replacement. 12/26/24, 1/10/25 I email for shipping confirmation. 01/12/25 Tiann at **** has escalated my ********** will ship in 48hrs. 1/16, 1/21, 1/22/25 I email for shipping confirmation. 1/24/25 Tiann at **** responds, apologizes & adds a free peptide cream to my shipment that has been expedited. 2/7/25 I email Nira because I still havent received a shipping confirmation & have been out of a functioning device since 11/15/24 and have lost almost 3 months of warranty coverage. I can provide copies of all emails. I would love a new, functional Nira device with a reset 1 year warranty delivered as promised.

      Within 48hrs of filing my complaint with the BBB I received a shipping notification from the company for my replacement device - after almost 3mo of me begging the company to honor the warranty. I received the new replacement device 2/14/24 and it is currently working.

      I am filing a complaint against NIRASkin for failing to deliver a promised item included in its Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotion in December ******* the time of purchase, there was no indication that the Free Precision Laser would not be shipped on the same day as the Pro Laser. I only became aware of this delay after contacting ****'s customer support. Before contacting ********************, their website showed the orders fulfillment status as "FULFILLED." However, after I reached out regarding the missing item, the status was changed to "PARTIAL" without any explanation.During my last communication with NIRASkin, I was advised that the Free Precision Laser would be shipped by the third week of January 2025. However, as of February 1, 2025, I have received no update or tracking information.I request that NIRASkin fulfill its obligation by sending the Free Precision Laser immediately or provide a clear shipping timeline.For reference, I have attached:A screenshot of the order status showing FULFILLED A screenshot of the order status showing PARTIAL I hope the BBB can assist in resolving this issue.       I ordered on 12/3/2024. I ordered a bundle laser set the pro and the precision laser. I received the pro laser and still havent received the precision laser. I have emailed many times to try to get this resolved. I received an email for a label to send the lasers back. Problem is, Ive only received the pro laser and they wont give me a tracking number for the precision laser. I tried canceling within a 5-7 day frame because when I ordered online it doesnt state precision was out of stock. I would not have ordered if they both werent in stock. I only found out they werent in stock by me sending the email that I wanted to cancel. Thats why were going into February without this resolved. Any suggestion what I can do would be appreciated.       I ordered a package deal consisting of 1- NIRA PRO Laser. 1- NIRA precision Laser. 1- Moisture serum. 1- Peptide cream 1- Power adapter & charging cable. After multiple emails sent telling them my order was never sent they sent me the cream and serum but nether laser's. Then after calling there customer service center and being hung up on 3 times and 95 minutes later I finally reached a customer service agent and he said they would look into it and get back to me within 24 hours. The small precision laser arrived but the large laser still had not. The next day there reply was that my products where sent and I had received them and nothing further would be done. I can show in the photos of the size of the packages that there is no way anything else could have possible fit in the packages. So I paid for a series of products and have been shorted the most expensive part.

      I placed an order on January 3. Have not received it or gotten tracking info. I have emailed and texted with no response, as well as called over the course of several days and been on hold waiting for over an hour with no human interaction. I want to know when I will receive my package. Website claims one to two business days to ship, and response to emails within 24 hours. Neither has happened. It is now January 16. This is unacceptable business practice.
