    This a fraudulent company. Market Plus LLC recruited me and another person to complete a dyad HIV study and were promised a payment of $700. We completed the study on August 5th and no payment has been received. I tried to contact three employees at the company including CEO ***************************** and have not had a single response. I see other similar BBB complaints about this company . This company and its employees are deceitful and fraudulent! I will also notify their clients, including VIIV PHARMACEUTICAL, who hired Market Plus to conduct studies, took their money and then did not pay their study participants.

    Market Plus LLC has been in business for 20 years

    Market Plus LLC recruited me and another person to complete a dyad HIV study and were promised a payment of $700.

    Market Plus LLC recruited me and another person to complete a dyad HIV study and were promised a payment of $700. We completed the study on August 5th and no payment has been received. I tried to contact three employees at the company including CEO ***************************** and have not had a single response.

    Payments are fulfilled by ***************************** per the notification to this participant when the study completed. I did find an email in my spam folder today after receiving the BBB Complaint so would have had no way to respond. In addition, my CELL phone number is posted on both our website and I have never received a call from this doctor.

     

    I see other similar BBB complaints about this company. This company and its employees are deceitful and fraudulent! I will also notify their clients, including VIIV PHARMACEUTICAL, who hired Market Plus to conduct studies, took their money and then did not pay their study participants.

    We completed the study on August 5th and no payment has been received.

    Payment was disbursed via email as documented on 10/4/22 and the same as the previous two redeemed payments to this participant

    PER THE DOCUMENTATION ATTACHED, THIS MD HAS BEEN PAID AND HAS REDEEMED 3 PAYMENTS FOR HIS PARTICIPATION INCLUDING THE PAYMENT OF $700 HE REFERS TO HERE.

    THE DOCUMENTATION ATTACHED SHOWS HIS PAYMENT NOTIFICATION WAS SENT ON 10/4/22 AND UNFORTUNATELY, IF HE MISSED IT IN HIS INBOX - HE DID NOT CONTACT OUR FULFILLMENT SPECIALIST AS INSTRUCTED IN HIS INVITATION AND THANK YOU WHEN HE COMPLETED HIS STUDY.

     

    THIS RESPONDENT WAS IN FACT PAID AS PROMISED. THERE IS LITTLE WE CAN DO TO ENSURE PARTICIPANTS ARE MANAGING THEIR PAYMENTS BUT TYPICALLY IT IS NOT AN ISSUE WHEN RESPONDENTS HAVE ALREADY REDEEMED MULTIPLE PAYMENTS FROM MARKET PLUS AS IN THIS CASE. I'LL ASSUME THIS IS RESOLVED AND AM HAPPY TO PROVIDE FURTHER DOCUMENTATION THAT THE $700 THIS MD MISSED IN HIS IN BOX WAS REDEEMED FOR $700 TODAY FRIDAY, 11/18/22 WHEN A REMINDER FOR THE 10/4/22 ISSUED PAYMENT WAS SENT AND MISSED.

    I REQUEST A DOCUMENTED NOTIFICATION THAT THIS PARTICIPANT WAS RESOLVED AND I WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY TO RESPOND IF I HAD RECEIVED HIS EMAIL  WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY TO HAVE INVESTIGATED IF
