    I failed to look up this scam company before arriving to meet with them. This company pressured me to sign a contract quickly for pictures I didnt want, a comp card that does not fit the standards of the modeling agencies, and a website that is poorly thrown together. They took money from me and still demand thousands for nothing, threatening to send to collections despite not producing any products worth the money theyre demanding. I did not wish to pay a company that is not an agency thousands of dollars for pictures I dont like and havent used.

    Thank you for reaching out to us via the BBB.   We take all client concerns seriously and are committed to maintaining transparency and professionalism in our business practices. I further reviewed your account and saw the images taken were both professional and tastefully done - well within the parameters we set for our portfolios.  Your selection consisted of  38 images in addition to the digitals.  
    We regret to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we must respectfully clarify and address several points raised in your communication: Primarily, we are not a scam and provided all the materials contracted under the agreement. Service Disclosure: At the time of your consultation, our team, including consultant ****, provided a detailed explanation of the photography package, including the deliverables (e.g., Digital Images, eFolio (website), Digital  Comp Card and model guide). There are several packages to choose from, none of which clients are obligated to move forward with. 


    Clients are presented with a summary of the service agreement and have the opportunity to review the contract before proceeding. The digital contract, which you signed, clearly outlines the nature of the services to be provided and specifically states that our studio is not an agency and will not find you work.  Voluntary Purchase: The package was not mandatory, and clients are under no obligation to purchase any services following the trial photo shoot.
    Your decision to move forward with the package was documented through a signed agreement, which confirms informed consent to the terms, I have attached it here for your reference. Modeling Opportunities: While we aim to provide high-quality portfolios that may support our clients' efforts in the modeling industry, we do not guarantee employment, auditions, or direct connections to modeling jobs. We do however, provide a Model Guide along with resources so our clients can apply and obtain job opportunities, effort and diligence lies with the model. 


    ******, if you have questions regarding how to proceed, I encourage you to reestablish your payments, you have defaulted on every payment - note- these were payments you stated you were comfortable with and agreed upon.  Once you have done this you may request a mentorship call.  They will be happy to answer any questions and/or provide additional guidance on how to move forward effectively.


    Please also keep in mind that fulfilling your contractual obligations is your responsibility. Success in this industry, as in any field, requires dedication, consistent effort, and follow-through. There are no shortcutsbut by taking ownership of your decisions, meeting your financial obligation and staying committed, you give yourself the best opportunity to succeed.

    I have contacted the business previously about being unemployed. We spoke about holding off on payments until I found a job. Once I found a job I reached out twice via phone during their available hours, nobody answered. I then reached out via email and got a response saying they were going to charge me on my old debit card that no longer exists. Ive asked multiple times to set up a new payment plan which I was told could be done over email. Yet the continue to refer me to their hours which I am unavailable as I work Monday - Saturday from 8:30 am - 5 pm. Im unsure what to do as they are not of assistance to me or my situation which I have explained to them multiple times now. Im able to make the payments they are requesting I just need the payment plan changed and they have not been cooperative. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I do apologize that all contact has been done via email - both your new job and our office hours are the same.  However, if you have any other items to discuss or additional questions please email us a time (perhaps your lunch time) that you are available and we will reach out to you at that time.  ********** hours Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm EST.   Congratulations on your new job!
