    I hired a cleaning service for a detail cleaning of a home to be prepared for move in. Cleaning company showed up the first day then left and said they needed 3x the original amount due to the job size and would need additional cleaners to complete it. The following day the 2 cleaners show up at the house 2 hours after there scheduled arrival time 1 in the same car. 1 cleaner left right after arrival and did not return until hours later to pick up the other cleaner. The 1 cleaner that was at the house accomplished nothing but dusting a piece of furniture. When I arrived home she entered a bedroom and waited to be picked back up. She sat on the phone and looked out the windows. She also appeared to be under the influence of drugs. I contacted the cleaning company through text to ask them why they rescheduled the cleaning and charged me more money to have 2 cleaners there and only 1 cleaner was there the entire day and she accomplished nothing. The company assured me the cleaning would be done when I returned from work that night. I got home from work and nothing was done. I contacted the company over the phone and the guy was threatening me demanding I pay **** for a job they didnt complete. I sent him pictures of ever That was not cleaned and his response was this job was to much for his company to handle. I asked him if he knew his company could not complete the job why did he take a deposit and is now threatening to make my life difficult and report to credit for an unpaid bill on a service I did not recieve. I want my deposit back and I dont want anything to affect my credit in the future regarding this service I did not recieve. The guy is manipulating over the phone and threatening me even after seeing the photos of nothing done. He told me I would be required to pay him an additional ****.00 on top of the ****** deposit for a service there company did not do

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I sent them pictures of the job that was not done and asked them why they were threatening to send an invoice to collections when they didnt do the job. The guy was threatening me over the phone.
