    Initial Date of Transaction:September 6, 2023 - I contacted *************** at king richards faire to inquire about a birthday party He sent me the ******** decided on 10/102 & paid a nonrefundable deposit of $50.00 on 9/7/23 Agreement #**** is fluid until the balance due date (FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 22, 2023), at which time it will be considered final, and the balance due on 9/22. Which I paid in full of ****** + addt'l ***** when he called me back & said ticket price increased. I called & emailed at least 4 x before the party w/questions. All was set - I wasn't sent a receipt or itinerary.Oct 1 - My husband &I left our home (11:45am) as there was no mention of what time I should be there; we didn't arrive until 1:30 because of traffic and was told faire was sold out & there was no more parking. The police let me walk in & my husband had to go home because of no parking. 2 of my guests were inside, the other 4 were stuck in traffic couldn't park & had to walk 2 miles to the faire(not arriving almost 3) half my day was over; I missed most of the celebrations on my itinerary which I received when I arrived & not before. I was promised a refund for my husbands ticket (still have not received) and I called 2x speaking w/**** who said ***** (CEO) would call me. No call came - I spent over ******** & my day was ruined & no refund has been issued as I requested. **** did help us get food quicker when we arrived (but we paid for it) nothing at all was compensated. The faire sold too many tickets and hundreds of people were left out in the cold even though they purchased them online. It was a nightmare and not a way to spend a birthday party for $1000.00. I also called day before making sure I could be dropped off at the entrance as I am recovering from spinal ************** said of course. Instead I had to walk 1/2 mile; my husband had to go home (couldn't be ***** *** was in severe pain the rest of my time at the faire. I can forward ***************** upon request.

    purchased 3 tickets 10/15/2022 for that day, they oversold and turned us away with paid tickets from online. I emailed that day with no response and tried to use the purchased ticket for another day this year and they refused and would not refund. Terrible business to oversell and then refuse to refund when the event was going to over the following weekend and I could not go that weekend.
