      On 10/6/23 I had an appointment at Plymouth Auto Detail to have my car detailed and on the day of the appointment I had an emergency and was an hour late. When I arrived for my appointment the employee/owner stated that they could not take my car as they are busy and I was late to my appointment. I told them that I understood and asked if I could either reschedule my appointment or get a refund back from the gift card I received. I communicated with the employee/owner that I can only do Thursdays/Fridays due to the fact that I work the other days and cant afford to not have my car for 4-5 hours. The employee/owner then rescheduled me for 10/12 for an appointment and also asked when I purchased the gift card. I told them that I received the gift card as a gift 2 years ago and the employee/owner said that they would not be able to accept or give me a refund for the gift card as it was purchased a long time ago. I stated that on the gift card the expiration date did not have a specific date. They then told me to bring the gift card in on my next appointment so that they can take a look at it and I said ok. On 10/12/23 I was on time for my appointment and the business was closed. I called the business and they stated that I did not have an appointment and that they could not take my car as they had a doctors appointment. An hour later after leaving the business without receiving the service or refund they called me and stated that they would take me in for Monday (which is a work day that I could not do and they knew that) when I was in the middle of the call, the employee/owner hung up the phone. At this point, I believe that the business is giving me the run around as they dont want to provide me the service due to me as a non-paying customer. I would just like to get my full refund and never have to deal with this business.
