I would give a zero if possible for this moving company. Similar to other posts, we were scheduled over two months out, for an out-of-state move. On our scheduled date to move, we were left in our driveway waiting for the movers to arrive and start packing a truck. They did not show up. Upon calling we were told that they called us earlier in the week to notify us that they did not have a truck, crew, or packing materials and would need to reschedule. They wanted to reschedule our move to a date that was past our closing date on the house. They arrived two days later, one day prior to our closing and departure from the state with no packing materials. After a short trip to the local ********** they were able to start packing the truck. However, they could not move the truck until one day after closing while the other family was trying to get in. We were told at that time the truck would go straight to our new address and not be held. It was held, and not only for a 10 day window but with another 3-day delay, totaling 13 days.While this was happening, we were charged full price while our things were in "transition". The team that was supposed to show up on the 14th day to mount the tv and assembly furniture did not show up. They called the wrong number again, to tell us we would be delayed. Someone finally showed up 3 days later to mount the **** which is now too high on the wall. I am continually trying to work on a reduction in cost due to the stress this has caused my family and young children with no luck.
