2 starsBUYER BEWARE! I had been wanting to replace my tub with a new shower for quite some time. I saw numerous commercials for Jacuzzi Bath remodel so I decided to give them a try. The salesperson came to the house to give me a quote. I wasn't looking for anything elaborate but the initial quote was $26,000! It went down to $21,000; I refused. Days later his "supervisor" called (RED FLAG) to see if he could do better. He brought the price down to $16,941 but a 9 week wait. I again refused due to the wait time. Surprisingly enough he was able to change that to 5 weeks (ANOTHER RED FLAG). He quickly reviewed my contract on his laptop with sections he'd explain, and I needed to initial. MY ERROR I trusted what he was saying and failed to read each section myself. Communication was fair after signing on the dotted line. The installers were pleasant, very neat and despite the possibility of this job taking more than 1 day they did stay late to complete the job. My issues:* I have brushed nickel in my bath yet installer given chrome.* I was very clear that I wanted a handheld in addition to the regular shower head, yet this was eliminated from the contract. I was later given this provided I agreed to keep the chrome fixtures. So that's why the overall quote was lowered! The diverter is not a separate handle as seen on TV, you have to reach up to the shower head to change to handheld. The options chosen were only available on the salesman's computer, so I had no way of knowing this!* The shower head was supposed to be on a shepherd's hook style, I got a straight arm from the wall.I'm not a stupid person, too trusting, I guess. I feel like I may have been taken advantage of; I'm female, a widow and over 65. Don't make the same mistakes I made- READ YOUR CONTRACT THOROUGHLY BEFORE SIGNING, unfortunately you can't trust people anymore. For what I paid I could have gotten it done, the way I wanted!, by a reputable contractor in my area.Review fromJennifer S

5 starsJacuzzi Bath Remodel is ALL that it proclaims to be!! The two installers, ************** worked very hard and did awesome trouble shooting @ our rustic log home. EXCELLENT choice!!

5 starsI could not have asked for a better crew to do the install. In their pre demolition inspection they immediately spotted two potential issues that could have derailed our plans. After going over the issues with me, there were two options presented. I chose the one that would work best for us and they were able to meet their goal of a one day install as well as our expectations.Bath Remodel by Capital

5 starsReplaced old tub with a walk-in shower. Sales person was good. I was sticker shocked at first but worked out a price I could be comfortable with. Looks like an excellent product (I've only had it for a week). The installers were professional and had no problems with them. The installation took 3 days (shower first day, shelf second day, and the shower doors on the third day). There was a mix up on the shower doors because I amended the agreement shortly after (about 1 week) I signed it to add the doors. Jacuzzi didn't follow through so they weren't ordered. However, once realized, they had the doors to me the next day. I was going to give them 4 starts because of the doors but whereas they got them to me timely, they get 5 stars. The new shower and doors are beautiful. I'm quite happy with it.Review fromLouise S
