      The company known as Bostonian Towing Services **** towed my legally parked vehicle on May 28, 2025, at approximately 4:55 PM in ***********. I parked my car and walked approximately 100 feet away to read by the waterfront. Within just 30 minutes, allegedly within five minutes of parking, my car was reported and towed by Bostonian Towing Services ****This action is not only unjustified but appears to be part of an aggressive and predatory towing practice. I spoke with a representative named ******* from the towing company, who refused to provide any basic information such as the name of the tow driver or a detailed explanation of why my car was removed. I was met with dismissiveness and a complete lack of transparency.There was only a sign poorly taped ~4' off the ground. Either hidden by a literal Mini ****** or placed after I had parked. The spots are marked with very small letters and do not say or otherwise indicate RESERVED. The only other sign was a street cleaning sign that does say 'TOW ZONE,' but is covered with white tape to hide the letters. As a result of this fiasco, I was forced to pay nearly $300 to recover my vehicle, not to mention the additional physical pain I experienced due to a broken toe.This situation is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. The lack of proper signage, the speed and secrecy of the tow, the uncooperative behavior of the towing service, and the financial and physical hardship inflicted upon me all point to a serious issue that demands investigation. As it stands, this feels less like a legitimate enforcement action and more like a scam targeting unsuspecting residents and visitors.I am requesting:- A full investigation into this incident and the conduct of Bostonian Towing Services ****- Clear review of the legality and operation of Bostonian Towing Services ****

      My car was parked in a now parking zone on July 10th, 2024. Cambridge police ticketed my car, and subsequently called Bostonian towing to have my car towed and removed. When I finally was able to get my car from Bostonian the night of the 10th, I tried driving it home, and the steering wheel and tires were not aligned. When I would drive straight, the car would go left, and there was very little tension in the steering.I recently got the repair work estimate from my dealer and the work that is needed is a steering rack assembly replacement ($1500), front left wheel bearing replacement ($599) and alignment ($149).

      My car was towed from my apartment complex Elevate Apartments (*************************************) as my roommate accidently hitting the garage door as it was closing down. I am a Physician and was not there at the time but have been deemed responsible and took accountability for the inconvenience caused thus all has been worked out with the property. I contacted Bostonian towing services and the did not provide me with the rates per day but were extremely rude and discriminated towards me for asking questions stating "I've already answered" when I asked when I would be able to get my car back as my car has a flat tire and am awaiting a time to replace. The car was towed on 10-May-2024, and neither my property manager nor Bostonian towing informed me that my car was towed, thus I thought it was stolen. The *************************** were kind enough to inform me that my car was towed, and upon arriving at the location on 13-May-2024 at 11am EST I was told that I could not drive my car as my registration tag was expired by 2 days. I was told I would get my car back in 2 hours but did not receive my car for 7 hours. The gentleman at the front desk, called me vulgar names and when I received my car there were damages that did not occur from the original hit. I will be pressing charges against this company.

      Wow where do I start, upon getting my vehicle towed, I was told that I would have to pay $140 (By the driver). As I ran towards the other side of MIT I had just miss the driver as he was just pulling out of the lot. As I caught up to the driver and talked to him he then told me to keep following him. After me and my coworker had followed the truck I was then told to wait around ***** mins for the paper work for the car. Finally when I was told that I would have to pay $250 just to get a ***** Accord out of the lot, Ralph and his colleagues then gave me a bunch of excuses saying the drive had a different route we drove over 10 miles. I then corrected him showing him that our drive was only 10 mins and was only 3.5 miles. He then asked me to step outside so that him and his workers could negotiate this. After 5-10 mins of standing outside, Ralph then exits the *********** with nothing to say. Id say about 3-5 mins later I was then asked So are you going to pay?. This was after I had notified to Ralph that this price was completely unacceptable. He then got super angry and even was seen balling his fist up and approaching me. This all happened while I was on the phone with my Fianc. After this I was told to leave the premises, (without) my vehicle. This is when I then finally paid my $260 ticket! Problems I came across-When asking for Ralphs Business card I was denied, When asking for Ralphs name I was denied.Talking to one if the ladies there Blonde Hair I was told that and I quote I can write his name on toilet paper and give it to you and call it a business card Prices Fluctuate based on who you talk to, talking to the lady I was told 225, talking to the driver I was told 150 and then talking to Ralph I was told 250 When I left Bostonian One of the ladies screamed something I'm not sure if it was a slur or just words.When talking to Ralph he started laughing in my face Upon checking ****** Reviews I can see that this issue is not only with me
