    On Monday 3/17/2025 they towed my vehicle from ************* on ******************************* When I called to see why it was towed I was told because i was parked in a handicap spot. I advised it have a handicap placard on my window. The lady put me on hold and checked and came back and said I was parked over 2 hours I advised i couldn't have been there two hours because I just came from a ** APPOINTMENT and I had to pick up my daughter from school at 2. She then said oh it was a trespass. I didn't want to argue I went to the tow company and paid the 190. The *** said that my truck was a "B*&^h" to tow and they had to use a dolly. On Thursday when I went out to my vehicle I noticed damage on the bumper. I called and the manager said well you should have said something when you picked up your truck there's nothing you can do now. I explained that this was the first time I went to my car since they towed it. He was no help and rude. I asked for the owners name he said **** I asked for the phone number he said this number. I said can I speak to him please he said not here. I replied when will he be there. He said he didn't know. I last my phone number for a call back. He said they have pictures of my car is said can you send them please because in the pictures you'll notice there was no damage AND A HANDICAP PLACARD He said he is unable to send me the pictures. I'm still waiting for **** the owner to call me back. I called my insurance company and filed a claim for the damages.

    This B&B towing company unlawfully towed my vehicle Sunday morning 9:20 from a parking lot, with no signs clearly demonstrated. (only a sign 10 feet away saying parking limit 4 hours and only 1 hour parked)

    ************ I have been pulling down here and grabbing my coffee for almost 15 years at ******* 4 minutes had passed from the time I paid and walked back to my car. I have receipts to match with towing timestamp and this man had my car up on a tow truck.He said it would be 100 dollars cash. If I gave him a hard time he would take it to the lot and it would be $250??? I've worked in ********************* for 15 years who are you???? Not a good look for your company and the area you allegedly patrol. What company does this and talks like that. This is extortion plain and simple and its intimidation at its finest. Ive never seen there trucks before its like he was stalking me and watched me run into ************* and grabbed my car. This is a predator, he does this to 5 people everyday imagine all the money this sick human is pocketing and Im out $100 that was for my electric bill. It is not letting me upload my receipt stamped at 11:48 at ************* and time stamped photo of my car at 11:53. I have them if needed. There is no way this man was capable of doing this in that time frame without watching me or aggressively driving.

    B&B Towing is under contract with the owner of ********************* in *********, It is a private way there is no parking for  Dunkin  donuts or anybody else.  And this is one of the problems they are having there the property is well posted with at least a  dozens signs telling people NO PARKING. Also we do not sit and wait for people we are way to busy for sitting around. This is simple explanation ******* ****** parked on someone else property and got caught.

    I was visiting a patient at home as usual in the evening. As I walked outside my car was in the process of being towed. The gentleman only had my car under the hook, awaiting for the flatbed truck to arrive. I talked to him about me providing services to a patient. He was not willing to listen or let my car off the hook. The patient came down in her wheelchair to talk to him about her residency in the building. He still refused to let my car go. He said, I will have to take my car in the office and pay $170 to get it. If I understand correctly the law in ************* states if your car is being towed and you have intervened, they are supposed to unhook your car for at least half of the price.

    B&B Towing illegally towed my vehicle from ***************. They took pictures of me walking across the parking lot and claimed that it was proof I left the plaza, when in fact I was entering one of the establishments. They towed me within 8 minutes of me parking, which shows that this was a predatory action and they were targeting me. Their behavior to target and prey on people who park in *************** is illegal, predatory, and unethical. When I caught the individual who was trying to tow me, he then assaulted me and threatened my life. The employees of this company are threats to society and should not be allowed to continue to have a presence in the *********, **************, and ********** community.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I reached out to them via mail and provided contact information and they have refused to communicate. The business is clearly negligent in their practices and put the citizens of ************** in danger.

    Unlawful towing of vehicle. The establishment maintains a 30 minute window before towing is authorized. I was towed after 5 minutes after leaving my vehicle which I was approaching the store. This was a set up to make money for the towing company. I reached out to the store in question and they assured me that the tow was unlawful. Numerous attempts to contact the tow company and rectify the situation were met with deaf ears. This company needs to be addressed for their nefarious business practice. Completely unacceptable. Please help with my request. Thank you very much for your time!

    My vehicle was towed after a popped tire left me hospitalized for 3 days. The manufacturer of tire offered to pay $200 and i had $100, but business wouldnt accept payment over phone. They told me the owner would call back and they wouldn't run up the storage fees. The owner hasn't responded to my calls for weeks and they claim it cost $1,200+ to retrieve. My income comes from driving and I have belongings in the vehicle they wont let me retrieve.

    I have a lot of questions about this complaint 

    I am here 12 hours a day and have absolutely have no messages. Also going to need more information about this vehicle. We go by vehicles information plate number and vin# first then owners information if the vehicle was here for three days like he claims  storage is only $35.00 a day for a  total for $1200.00 plus it would have to be more than 30 days something is RIGHT  with complaint
