    Home phone instead of cell phone. this review also appears on Trustpilot; it is sincere and copied here because I am so pleased by my experience with Community Phone.Our 'home phone' provider was a small ISP internet provider. That ISP was sold to a large national provider. The transition did not go smoothly, and we never were able to get 'home phone' service back. I do not have or use a cell phone. In searching for alternate 'home phone' service I discovered the offer by Community Phone. The system seemed unique and novel, was not very expensive, and appealed to my fascination for innovative technology. Every interaction with the company, from initial discussion about service to final implementation and shakeout of some glitches has been prompt, courteous, and helpful. There were a few glitches, but not with the hardware or quality of service. They were mostly caused by some confusion over interacting with the website. The help provided by the support staff was admirable. All in all, very delighted with the service and support. PFL 8-15-2025.

    What a great company you have! We got Dad a "big-button phone" with ten speed-dial numbers programmed in to complement the equipment you provided so he could easily reach ***************** & we could reach him as well. We could even relocate his phone on those occasions when we were away from home on get-togethers, trips/vacations, or just out on an hours long drive. So cool!

    Very glad I chose community Phone. It's such a valuable service that eliminates the hassle of disturbing ads and and internet traffic. Community Phone is a service that can travel with you wherever you are in the coverage area, and not burn your hands with overwhelming amounts of radiation, it does everything that's important for all your communication needs without bankrupting me and shackling me to unreasonable contracts and heavy handed restrictions. It's uncomplicated yet sophisticatedly simplicity, community Phone company gives you more than you need but not more than you want and the company is flexible, you can see and feel the difference when chatting or talking with any staff members, there's a sincere and humble spirit within the the team members, it's so refreshing to experience people being authenticly devoted to your *********** i spoke with hazem and wanted to move my payment due date back a few days and he did happily in less than 5 minutes ??, i appreciated his honesty concerning the mobile app difficulties he addressed with no excuses, I got real answers and accountability, this company is the wave of the future and I'm on board, I feel so lucky, I'm glad I'm not going to be left behind for the return of simplicity and excellence I'm getting it with community Phone, I definitely recommend this service to absolutely everyone who wants the best service and features and a great customer service from this brilliant company and innovation it has brought us.     It is so wonderful when you're promised something that seems too good to be true AND it Really IS TRUE!You promised good signal, great price, awesome customer service, BUT I got even more.
