    Everything went perfectly. All my questions were answered up front. I then ordered a phone and learned how to set it up in a video. Then I ordered the Community Phone Base. When it came I set everything up in a few minutes, and Voila! a quick and easy new phone setup at a great price. Thank you Community Phone.

    Home phone instead of cell phone. this review also appears on Trustpilot; it is sincere and copied here because I am so pleased by my experience with Community Phone.Our 'home phone' provider was a small ISP internet provider. That ISP was sold to a large national provider. The transition did not go smoothly, and we never were able to get 'home phone' service back. I do not have or use a cell phone. In searching for alternate 'home phone' service I discovered the offer by Community Phone. The system seemed unique and novel, was not very expensive, and appealed to my fascination for innovative technology. Every interaction with the company, from initial discussion about service to final implementation and shakeout of some glitches has been prompt, courteous, and helpful. There were a few glitches, but not with the hardware or quality of service. They were mostly caused by some confusion over interacting with the website. The help provided by the support staff was admirable. All in all, very delighted with the service and support. PFL 8-15-2025.
