  I was very impressed with the customer service provided. I get skeptical with online businesses, especially when you are paying large sums of money. They went over the top. The staff answered every question in a timely manner and the ring was everything I expected it to be. The most important part is my fianc loves the ring.Thank you

  My experience with Custom Made was fantastic! The process was so easy and well organized, every question I had along the way was answered without any hassle at all. I sent some inspiration photos and they quickly sent me concept art of potential designs. They also worked to keep everything within my budget, letting me know what every change would cost. At the end of the process, I got a gorgeous ring that could not have been more perfect. It came in a beautiful box with extra little details that made it feel all the more special.

  Im so in love with my ring its absolutely beautiful and truly special to me. The whole process was such a positive experience, and I really appreciated the patience, kindness, and communication along the ******* small thing Id mention for future international customers is just a bit of extra clarity around pricing. I didnt realize the quote was in USD, so with the exchange rate and a GST fee when it arrived in *********, it ended up costing more than Id expected. I totally understand those things are out of your control, but a little note like $1200 USD (excludes GST) wouldve been super helpful upfront.That aside, I couldnt be happier with the final result thank you for creating something so meaningful for me!

  If I could give them a 6/5 I would! Not only did they make the process and easy and fun, the ring itself turned out exactly how we discussed and got to me in record time once it was shipped! Not only that they are completely reasonably priced!

  I had the best experience with Custom Made! They helped me design my own engagement ring, to ensure I got the EXACT piece that just screamed me. Even though I was unsure of what I wanted design wise at first, they were patient and most helpful with throwing out ideas and helping me come to a decision. I ran into money issues along the way, and they were kind enough to put the project on hold until I got back on my feet-without pressuring me to continue and without making me pay to move forward. The piece I got is gorgeous!! Its exactly like the professional photos I got sent. I definitely was leery about using an online only company at first, but I was able to get a gorgeous tanzanite heart stone and the band I wanted, so Im very happy I took a chance! 10/10 overall experience!!!

  Im always wary about making big purchases like an engagement ring online but CustomMade was very reassuring and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They are willing to put in time to work with you personally down to the last detail and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a custom made ring.

  I was nervous about ordering an engagement ring for my now fiance. I wanted to make sure to get the right one. ******** at Custom Made was excellent and very patient with me throughout the process. She updated me every step of the way. My fianc loved the ring and to top it off, I received it much sooner than expected. Id strongly recommend this company to anyone.

  My fiance had something very specific in mind for what she wanted in an engagement ring. After searching for a couple of weeks, I couldnt find anything that fit exactly what we were looking for. So, I decided to go the custom route here with CustomMade. I was worried the process would be tougher and more expensive but was really happy with the process as a whole. It even ended up more affordable because we wanted a lab created ******* which during my research I had an hard time finding but was offered by CustomMade. All of the employees I interacted with were very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The updates through the process were great. Delivery was quick and discreet. Everything came out perfect and I am very happy with my decision to use CustomMade.

  I was well cared for while working with the team, and they were very accommodating to my circumstances: communicating in short, brisk bursts, at all hours and from various time zones, in support of a highly compressed schedule. They helped me rapidly iterate on my ideas, providing variants to choose from and drilling down on the details I preferred, before ultimately delivering exactly what I had hoped for at a truly breakneck pace. Two critiques that I would lay are that the gem expert seemed oddly determined to find me a 3ct stone, when I had specified 1.7-2.7cts as my preferred range (though we ultimately found a perfect 2.26ct stone), and that the photography of yellow gold on a yellow background makes for a muddier aesthetic that makes seeing the details more difficult (though I'm sure they would have reshot if I had asked, my time constraints prevented such a request). Besides these genuinely minor nitpicks, I am extraordinarily happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone who wishes to have a quality custom ring made.
