1 star*** texted me for over an hour during my workday to gather the info already put into my application. They were very rude and didnt respect that I was working! I didnt make a purchase and disconnected the call due to their horrid customer service. The customer service and waste of time asking redundant questions pushed me to go with another company. Whoever handled my call is a joke of a salesperson. You missed a sale due to your attitude and lack of phone etiquette.Review fromEric S

5 starsInsurify provided me with many options but recommended that I use my current auto insurance company. I have been insured for 21 years by the same company. I filled in the form online and got my quotes. I chose my level of insurance coverage and called the number that Insurify provided before completing my payment. The number provided was direct to the insurance company. The associate made sure that everything was correct and that all incidents were disclosed including tickets, accidents, and even windshield replacement. Everything was correct and my new policy was processed and the first payment was withdrawn. Then I was transferred to another associate who cancelled my old policy and confirmed that my new policy will seamlessly become active. Insurify saved me $160 per month. That is $960 for a 6 month policy.

1 starBefore I go and give people my information I like to look at reviews and the BBB is the best way to go about it. I was thinking about going with this company to get a quote but now I realized that they really aren't there to help you they're just out there to exploit you. why the Attorney General's of each state are not going after them is beyond me!Insurify

1 starThis was fasle advertising. Gave me a reasonable quote through the website. Then wanted to verify through text just to waste my time and double the quote after they already had my card information. They had all the information they needed for the original quote but baited me in to double the final quote amount. Absolutely frustrating and a waste of timeInsurify

1 starI give them 0 stars.CS# unreachable, goes to VM or to a number disconnected (tried 5 times)Could not provide *************** policy # and Insurance cards, I texted CS # and after requesting proof of insurance with a request for my policy # and insurance cards, the response was they could not find me after giving them all info required (my CREDIT CARD was charged on date of insurance quote) and was referred back to CS (to a number that goes to VM EVERYTIME).On date of quote, agent set up insurance and did not provide my insurance cards (said they were sent via text-NOT received) when I contacted agent one day later, lied and said he sent them via TEXT-they were not sent when I asked him to resend them, he told me to contact CS to get a copy.Basically, CS # does not pick-up...send to VM. Text-give you the run around and says to contact CS #.Company does not email you any insurance information...NOTHING is sent via email. No proof your insurance is valid...they give you a policy # (which should be immediately verified with insurance company or DMV), my mistake I should have done as soon as the number was given. I could not get proof of insurance when I texted them; they charged me for a service and could not provide me my policy number or valid Insurance cards (these are needed as proof of VALID insurance in **). I contacted my bank to get a refund of my money and STOP and future payments. I am letting others know NOT to use their services. DO NOT USE INSURIFY!Insurify

1 starCommercial says you can receive a quote with no phone calls but in order to receive the quote from various car insurance companies, you have to provide email and phone number. within 1 minute of providing the information I began to receive phone calls about my quote before the quote was actually emailed to me.Insurify
