If I could give zero stars I would. I went into the ** at Mount Auburn at the recommendation of my pcp who thought I was having an issue with my gallbladder on Monday. They did tests on me and nothing came up. I was in severe pain and they basically pushed me out of the emergency room and told me to go home. As they read the discharge notes saying when to come back to the **, I said to the nurse "but I'm feeling all of those" she told me they couldn't do anything about it and made me sign the release and leave. As I was leaving, hunched over in pain, the same nurse says very rudely "you missed the left turn" . I went to my pcp the next day, who told me I needed to go back to the emergency room. I went to ****** Wellesley hospital. They told me they were very surprised they didn't see anything from the imaging on my gallbladder because it was very apparent. I had surgery Tuesday to remove my gallbladder. Mount Auburn gave horrible treatment, horrible staff: this place should be closed down. The worst experience I have ever had in a hospital.
