      04-26-22: Ordered ************* Total: $98.53 w/ S&H. Paid via PayPal. Order #******.04-29-22: Received order.05-20-22: ************ nuts were rancid.05-31-22: Responded saying will send call tag. I called them & said I had no way to print it. They gave address to me of where to ship items back.06-03-22: Sent pkg. 12:59pm; tracking #**************. ID#**************: They recvd. pkg. 4:10pm.07-14-22: Sent letter asking where is refund. Till today: 09-06-22, still no response.Contents of pkg. sent back to co.: #*****:Macadamia Nuts: $16.95.#*****:**************: $15.50.#*****:Turkish Hazelnuts: $9.50.Did not send fruit back even though the "dehydrated" pineapple slices were very sticky and very 'leathery' so could not use. Overall; poor inferior products and lack of appropriate customer service unit.

      Dear Sir or Madam,Please see included attachments.I placed order # ****** with business Superior Nut Company of ********* ** on 7/15/2022 (see first attachment). I've been purchasing products from this company for about 2 years, like its products very much, + have never had a problem with this company before. I would prefer to continue making purchases from the business if it will either send me a second shipment of my order to replace the original one that was damaged during shipment on 7/20/2022 (see second attachment) or issue me a full refund of $128.05 to my credit card. I have attempted to contact this business several times via messaging available on my account on the company's website, its customer support email *********************************** + by phone ************ + I have received no reply from the business for 1 month. I come to you as a last resort + kindly request that you work with this business to either fulfill my order or issue me a full refund of $128.05 on my credit card. Thank you for considering my request.Furthermore, as you can see from the Yelp.com link https://www.yelp.com/biz/superior-nut-company-cambridge, many of Superior Nuts's customers report great dissatisfaction with its customer service. They do not receive the impression that the company respects its customers or cares about their satisfaction. If you can persuade the company to improve in this area you'll have helped it as much as I hope that you will help me.Sincerely, *********************** ***************** ************.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have tried to contact them multiple times using the messaging system available thru my online account with them, using the separate support email they provide on contact page, + even by phone, which they do not provide on their online sales website. Other customers, eg on Yelp, report of very poor customer service. I find their products excellent, so it is a shame that they no doubt lose otherwise satisfied customers because of disrespectful customer service.
