I click link to view a job description and have to give mt name, email, upload my resume each and everytime before I can read the job description before can decide to apply or not. Do they not save information?

The process of requesting basic details before accessing job descriptions can indeed vary among different companies. Some organizations implement this step to streamline their application process and ensure they have the necessary information to match candidates effectively. While this is a practice beyond our control, we understand your concerns.

If you have specific questions about a particular application or need further assistance, we recommend reaching out directly to the employer. However, if there's anything else we can help you with or if you have general inquiries, please feel free to let us know. We will be happy to assist you.

I went to update my profile and discovered that you want the year that I graduated from college. Isn't that a risk for age discrimination? I don't want to put my information like that on my profile as I am an older person. Is there anyway you could change your software so that we're not required to enter such information?

Thank you for bringing up your concern. We appreciate your feedback and understand your reservations. The inclusion of graduation years in profiles is primarily for ensuring accurate professional information. However, we take privacy and user concerns seriously.

We want to assure you that we are continuously working on improving our platform, and I'll certainly pass your suggestion to our development team for consideration. In the meantime, if you're uncomfortable providing your graduation year, you can either leave that field blank or enter an approximate date. Your profile information is important to us, and we respect your privacy. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out.

Total bait and switch. They send an email advertising one job and when you click on the link, it goes to something totally different. Plus you can't find the job that was advertised. After a few weeks of emails -- and boy am I sorry that I gave them my email -- I am trying to unsubscribe from all of their lists. I don't trust them at all.

Sold my contact information without my consent. Used misleading marketing tactics to obtain my information. Did not remove my information upon request. I am now getting spam email, spam texts, and unsolicited calls all day long.Definitely avoid this company.

I began receiving relentless emails from this and several other related sites none of which I ever visited before nor did I sign up for any emails from them. Unsubscribed to dozens of emails, several times a day. I am still receiving this unwanted spam from this company I have zero interest in.

Not even sure how they got my info, but Jobcase and Upward are related and once they have your info, they spam you with irrelevant job opportunities and notifications. Their "Unsubscribe link from these emails (conveniently for these spammers) are broken so you can't opt out. They want me to create an account to be able to unsubscribe which I refuse to do. Even if you don't want them to sell your information, they make you confirm your email address.

I clicked on what was supposed to be a job description. What it truly was however, was a sign up form for their stupid website which sells your information to literally hundreds of other ad companies. The whole thing felt like a scam it felt super unethical in their way of getting you to sign up which is how they likely have so many subscribers. They're also was no way to cancel or close out my account that I could find on their page. I emailed them explaining how I thought their website was unethical in the way that they get you to sign up for it & to cancel the account that I was tricked into signing up for. It asks for your phone number and your email in case of a hiring manager wanting to contact you - that's how they get you to sign up without telling you that you're signing up for their service. That's sleazy, that's unethical, and it's not being honest up front to a person who thinks they're applying for a job not a membership in another job search engine. They did this from another job posting website, which again is so unethical, sleazy, and feels very much like a scam to get you to sign up for yet another job search site, and they sell your personal information off to make money. That's disgusting. You're praying on people needing work. Pathetic and shameful.
