    It took a few weeks of me not receiving any info about my order to look and see if they had any complaints. I found many. Especially regarding non delivery and refunds. I decided to call and check the status of my order. I was told it was due to be shipped out next week and if I did not receive it by the 17th to call back. Red flag #1 This is very typical with companies that stall. Its sounded disingenuous so I decided to cancel my order. She told me it would be ***** days before I would receive the refund. I went to check my email and saw that I had not received a confirmation of the cancellation red flag #2. I called them back and asked them if they could please send me a confirmation email. She obliged. I kept her on the line until I received it. The email never came through and she tried to blame it on my inbox being full. I said, my inbox is not full but here is another email you can send it to. She sent to that email and its never came through red flag#3. This time she tried to blame it on another issue. I said, its quite strange that both emails did not work. She immediately started to scramble a bit and proceeded to tell she needed to reset something and might lose the connection when she does so. Yeah, Im not stupid. She was talking very fast but I interrupted her and asked her if she could just stay on the line a second and repeat the info in the email so I could record it and have proof incase I needed to dispute it. She obliged. Something was off with the whole conversation. I felt like she was lying which is quite sad for her to work a job that requires this. I hope she finds something with more integrity because she seems nice. I would steer clear of this company. The whole thing was just phishy. I hope they honor my refund in the allotted time. If not I will be filing a dispute. So sad that people just cant be honest.

    My wife purchased a suvie at discount for a deal they promoted that required purchasing meals over time on auto subscription. She admittedly didnt understand the deal before committing to it which is fair, but after many emails and chat bots, we decided to just let the meals come at full price because thats what the agreement said. Now that the deal is expired and all meals were delivered, theyre still auto sending them at massive prices and wont stop and wont let us remove our card info. The deal ultimately made the Suvie purchase a $900 fiasco for a poorly engineered machine that doesnt work and several boxes of hilariously overpriced and gross meals, but we paid it in good faith because its what we agreed to. We literally donated the food because it was edible and safe, but ***** and poorly made. Now they wont stop and the refuse to fix it. Like, were going to have to get our bank involved for this.The machines refrigeration feature doesnt work, the food is never cooked right, the meals taste like **** and are overpriced, and the promotion under which we bought it was confusing and made the whole product not worth the investment, they havent dealt with us in good faith to fix it, and now, after completing our end of their terrible promotion, theyre brute forcing their disgusting meals at us and holding our card hostage.This is truly one of the worst products, companies, and services Ive ever flushed money towards. Spare yourself.

    My experience has been extremely poor. I ordered my appliance in late December and they did indicate that the appliance would not be available until 1/16-1/31. Fine, I knew that going into the purchase. I received very little communication until the week of the 13th when I was told that my appliance would be shipping that week and I would receive a tracking number. I never received a tracking number, so reached out to customer service to obtain. I was informed that not only did they not have a tracking number, but that my appliance hadnt actually shipped and that they would ship on the 29th. Given that I was promised to receive by the 31st, there is no way I will receive in time. My complaint has been escalated, but no resolution or contact has happened yet. Secondly, I had a large box with meals delivered this week that I am unable to use because the appliance has not been delivered. To add insult to injury, my payment was just processed without my still having received my item. This company needs to get their supply chain under control as they are making promises they are unable to keep. I cant comment on the quality or the appliance because Im still waiting to receive, 5 weeks after placing the order.

    This company is absolute trash and is buying reviews. If you look at the good reviews here a lot say it changed my life and also use repeated words and phrases not typically used so its odd to see it repeated so often. One review the didnt even but in Suvie, Judys says I like my products from***** which means the dumb reviewer forgot to insert the company name from a premade review. Also, all sucked replies say thank you **** again where Suvie was supposed to put the customers name in the blank but forgot to edit the premade reply. No phone number and they keep deleting my warnings to others on FB STAY AWAY

    I was so excited about this product but the excitement immediately went downhill when I had to email them numerous times and request for a call back before they "ship" out my robot. And even after the tracker was created, that's all there was. It's just a tracking number/label created but the robot is still not picked up. And while the robot hasn't even shipped, the food package arrived which was shipping all the way from ** to OR so you can imagine it took a while to get to us and it was already just cold and not frozen. So what am I supposed to do with these food packs that when I don't have the robot to cook in, especially the fish meals which I have to immediately cook because I should not be refreezing them?This is terrible business practice and bad consumer experience.

    Here's a review you might like:---I've been using my Suvie robot cooker for a while now, and I can confidently say it's been a game-changer in my kitchen. The convenience it offers is unmatchedno more spending hours preparing meals after a long day. The ability to schedule meals and have them ready exactly when I want is a feature I never knew I needed until now. The Suvie's versatility is another huge plus, from sous vide to roasting and even chilling ingredients. It handles it all effortlessly. What I love most is the peace of mind it brings. I can trust that my meals will come out perfectly every time, with minimal effort on my part. It's like having a personal chef that takes care of everything while I focus on other tasks. Overall, the Suvie robot cooker has transformed the way I cook, and I couldn't be happier with it.

    Great concept. Horrible follow through. I received one of three boxes of meals. I still havent gotten a straight forward answer as to why. It seems like they have some supply chain issues. I would pay for the order and *** never received the shipment, one was shipped to the wrong address. The machine seems okay and seems to work well. I am just going to use another meal plan with the machine and see how it works out.

    Wow!!! I don't know how we ever lived without it! The meals are delicious, nutritious and easy/quick to prepare. Cleanup is a snap! **************** is AWESOME. We **LOVE** our Suvie 3.0. If you don't already have one, my advice is to get one NOW!

    Absolutely love my Suvie. Looks like I will not be cooking from scratch for a long while. Sundays dinner was amazing definitely adding to my order! Ribs were delicious and done perfectly. The green beans also were delicious and cooked with perfection. Love my Suvie!!
