    I cancelled my security system service with Odyssey security on 02/20/2024. Odyssey security sent me a check for the amount paid for February when my service was inactive. Leasecomm has continued to bill my residence since May 5th 2024. I have continuously attempted to contact their offices to ensure they were aware of my cancellation of Odyssey security services. I have even sent them letters along with the billing invoices they have sent me in order ensure they understand that I have canceled the service; however, I am still receiving further invoices as of January 16th 2025. I have exhausted all of my attempts so I am reaching out to you all to come to a resolution to the matter.

    I saw an advertisement on TV many years ago when I wanted to start my own business. It was an internet toolbox kit which was involved with a company called Themeware Corporation in ************* **********. I paid thousands of dollars to them using my credit card. I stopped paying after there was too much overhead and since then the company Themeware Corporation went out of business. But Leasecomm Corporation took many thousands of dollars for me and when I stopped paying then they had collection agencies contact me and harass me over the phone. Then they ruined my credit and I was unable to go to college since nobody would loan me money since my credit was damaged. I have many reasons to blame Leasecomm Corporation for ruining my life. First, they stole thousands of dollars from me and I got nothing in return. Second, they ruined my credit. Third, they destroyed the opportunity I had to go to college because they ruined my credit. I have more reason to blame Leasecomm Corporation but I have not sued them because I thought they would make things better. But they did not make things better and I have every reason to justly claim I was a victim of there company. I hope to settle my claims with them by this complaint. If not, then I have every right to seek legal action.

    Please be advised that **************** signed a Non-Cancellable Commercial Equipment Lease Agreement with Leasecomm Corporation, commencing May 4, ****. Per the terms of the Lease Agreement, **************** authorized automatic payments to be made via the bank account information he provided. In addition,**************** signed as a Personal Guarantor, ensuring prompt payment of the lease payments. Leasecomm also had the right to report to Mr. ******* personal credit per the Lease Agreement. **************** confirmed that the lease was a binding agreement between the parties and that he understood that any representation by the equipment supplier or salesperson had no effect on his obligations under the Lease Agreement. Themeware Corporation provided numerous pages of information evidencing that **************** used the product. Furthermore, Mr. ******* allegation that Leasecomm took thousands of dollars and ruined his credit is false. Leasecomm received a total of $772.46 from ****************; he last made a payment ****. This account was closed in **** with a zero balance. Mr. ******* credit was updated at that time to report the closed account and to delete the Leasecomm tradeline. There is no refund due.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. I had lost thousands of dollars from the entire ordeal from Themeware Corporation. The toolbox I ordered from Theware, the site that hosted my webpage, advertising, marketing, etc. Themeware had lied to me and its customers about the site and operating the business so getting into a contract with Leasecomm is not valid, please view FTC filings in federal court against Leasecomm. The $772.46 that was paid to  Leasecomm Corporation should be refunded to me immediately. After I had stopped making payments to Leasecomm Corporation, as advised by an attorney at the time, Themeware went bankrupt and closed its doors. But I got threats and debt collectors that ruined my credit at the time I was starting college. As a result of the negativity on my credit report by Leasecomm Corporation, I could not get a loan to further my studies and had to drop out of college. I do put the blame on both Themeware and Leasecomm Corporation. I will accept a refund of what I paid to Leasecomm of $772.46 to settle this dispute if Leasecomm is willing to give me my money back. Will you agree to resolve this? The original payment method is no longer active so a check or payment must be made to me directly. Please let me know if you are wiling to refund me so we don't have to involve the courts or attorneys/litigation.

    Leasecomm was not responsible for the selection of the equipment, the equipment vendor or for any representations made by the vendor. Leasecomm was sole role in this transaction was that of finance lessor. The equipment was paid for upfront by Leasecomm on ******************** behalf, who was then obligated to repay Leasecomm via monthly payments. As previously stated, ******************** account was closed in **** with nothing further due and his credit was updated, deleting the Leasecomm tradeline. No refund is due.
