- The business states the Company acknowledges the receipt of money , and agrees to review all the facts provided by the client, and within 10 days from the above date, will notify the prospect in writing if he / she or they have been accepted for financial planning services. Should the client not be accepted for financial planning services, the $ deposit will be totally refunded at the time the notice is given. If a client is not accepted by Lance Financial, meaning Lance cannot adequately improve their financial situation; their deposit check will be refunded.
