      I ordered Trend Micro Maximum Security - 3 Year / 10 Device software program from them on February 13, 2023. This was supposed to be for three years and expire in ****. I woke up this morning and my account was deactivated and I no longer have an anti-virus working on my devices. I called Trend Micro and they advised that it was the seller, World IT Center, that initiated the deactivation of my account. I called ********************** and was told that they could not help me because I couldn't locate the order number. I was able to supply all other information, such as date, time, Activation Key, etc., but they refused to help me. At this time, due to my frustration with the lack of assistance, I have already ordered the same product from a different vendor. I would like to receive a full refund on this product. It was supposed to be active for 3 years, and they disabled it less than 2 months after I activated the product with Trend Micro.Thank you,*************************

      Dear BBB team: We sell all types of antivirus software. Trend Micro Antivirus had a problem, and we are actively working with the customer and Trend Micro to fix the problem. The customer will receive the product and service at no cost to them. regards, CEO ******************
