    This complaint is against the Sylvan Learning Center( also does business as Capstone Education)in ******** ( ***********************************)center which is owned and run by Mr. *** X. **** who owns and operates the Brookline location of Sylvan Learning Center. . I purchased sessions of tutoring for my son which have not been fulfilled completed and was notified that the center would be closing for in-person learning which is what we signed up for and paid for. I reached out multiple times to confirm closing and make arrangements for the refund and Mr. **** has not contacted me to date. Mr. **** owns me $4275 which would have been the balance of sessions I had left at the end of May when the center was abruptly closed. I have included email communications with him and other people at the center for reference and evidence. This is highly unprofessional and unethical. I would like my money back so that I can get my son the appropriate services. We have been receiving services through the center since 2022 and therefore we have been in the same arrangement for that time. This is highly irregular. Please help my family; this is not a small amount of money. Thanks Yoshino White
