    On Jul 11, 2024 I purchased glasses form Lenscrafters at: *************************************. They told me it would take about a week to receive the. on 7/18/24 I went back to the store to pick them up and was told that they received them damaged and that they could not give them to me and that I would have to wait another week. I just had cataract surgery and needed them badly because I couldn't see very well. I waited another week to receive them. in the next few days I noticed that the left ***** was loose so i went back to the store to have it fixed. When I got there it was 11 am at the optician that waited on me looked at them and said "there is nothing that she can do" and just walked away from me. I left the store and filed a complaint with their complaint department. A few days later the manager of the store called me and said she would get back to me. its been about 6 weeks now and I still haven't heard from her. I had to go to another place to get my glasses fixed. This is very poor customer service and I think I am entitled to a refund.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. The Manager said she would contact me a month ago. still have not heard.

    Good afternoon, The purpose of this email is to check the status of my refund from store **** (*********, ** ****). On 10/1/2022 I purchased some lens. In the end I was unhappy with the progressive lens and customer service so I requested a full refund as they received the lens from my frames. The return process was on 10/18/2022. Receipt #: ******* Register #2. Cashier: ******* (******) Sales Order: 102745152**** As of November 10, 2022 I have not received my refund. The store repeatedly tells me they dont understand why this is taking place, they called support, & they have a ticket number. I was told to call my bank and see if they blocked the refund. My bank has assured me they do not block refunds and do not see a pending refund from Lens Crafters in the amount of $358.66. I hope to resolve this matter soon.Best regards,******************************* ************ ******************
