              This company has been sending me bills that do not belong to me. Had I not had a PAID Receip for a purchase i did make, I would have sent them the money for a **** that is not mine. I called for 2 bills that were not mine and supposedly they were to be corrected. They had the nerve to say I can't purchase anything esle until this **** that is NOT mine is cleared up.

              The worst customer service around - I purchased job packets for our manufacturing floor - out a box of 25 - 20 were defective - I called my sales rep but she could not do anything because it had been too long since the delivery - so I am taping the bottoms of these packets shut so paperwork does not fall out - They wanted to give me credit for 1/2 of the purchase price but they were going to credit the whole amount and then re-issue an invoice for 1/2 the amount - I'm like then it will show an open invoice for 1/2 the amount - yes which you will have to pay says the girls - I ALREADY PAID the whole invoice for defective material - why would I again pay for half - because the invoice will be due in 30 days she said - I was like forget do not issue anything against my account I'll shop else where - That is fine is what I was told -
