    I got my car fixed at this shop for a key ignition they took weeks to fix it and recently my power steering stopped working after they fixed it and turns out they took out the parts that were new that were fixed from another mechanic and put old parts

    The customer claims that during our work on his ignition switch (Inside the vehicle ) and as we were waiting for parts to arrive, we put the vehicle on the lift and and spent hours taking out suspension parts from his 2006 Chrysler 300 keeping in mind that the vehicle had stayed outside the entire time even during the repairs as the vehicle did not need a lift or to be inside the shop to be repaired , customer has provided no proof of this outrageous claim , and since there was no complaint of our actual work on his ignition switch, this public posting acts as a pure defamation of character case , we will handle this through the legal channels
