- The business states their Return Policy is as follows:
The business can accept returns on 5 cartons or more. There will be no return allowed on less than 5 cartons of any flooring. The business recommends keeping some cartons in case you need to make repairs in the future. HigginsFloorsOnline.com recommends that you purchase 5% additional flooring to use as a waste factor. The business does not take back waste or left over flooring pieces.
The business offers a full refund less a 30% restocking charge. They cannot refund the cost of shipping and handling. They must be notified no later than 14 days from date of delivery.
Special orders or custom milled hardwood flooring orders cannot be returned. There are no returns allowed in accessories (trim, underlayment, glue, etc.).
Any returned cartons must be factory sealed. You will not receive any credit for opened cartons. The cartons that you return cannot have any writing or mailing labels adhered on the cartons.
Once returned material is received by our vendor and it is confirmed that all the above conditions have been met, The business will issue credit to your account. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your bank to process the credit. - Business Categories
