              I hired Reglazing World to refinish our bathtub and surrounding tile wall in August 2020, at a cost of $575. Almost a year to the day after the work was completed, the glaze began to peel off. I contacted Reglazing World about repairing the work but after two months they still had not come out to even examine the problem, let alone schedule a repair. They insisted the damage was caused by the cleaning solution used on the tub, even though the solution used was what that company recommended. Ultimately, I hired another contractor to redo the work. That contractor said the damage was caused by Reglazing World’s failure to prime the tub and to calk/water seal it after reglazing. I asked Reglazing World to refund my $575 but they refused.
