      I would have given no stars, but that isn't an option. I bought a 2014 **** f-150. The rocker panels were rusted out, and they tacked up sheep metal covers in an attempt to cover it up. The rear wheel ***** had been repaired, and the old rust wasn't even removed, they tacked the repair over it. Per my A.S.E. registered mechanic, the front brakes were ***** %. The rear brakes and rotors are spent. the tires have dry rot. I'm not sure if it's the transmission, but sometimes when I go in reverse, the truck hesitates until I'm up to 2,000rpm's, then it clunks and breaks loose, squeals and spins the tires, and then does the same thing going forward. It did this while just pulling it into my garage to change the oil. I haven't even registered it yet. I bought it on a Saturday, and they delivered it late the following Thursday while I was sleeping, by the side of the road with the key in the cup holder. I drove ***************************** good faith. These are awful people. They did nothing to prepare this vehicle for sale. I called ***, and he gave me a very hard time. He did offer to look at the brakes if I flat-bedded the truck back to him, at my cost, and offered to install some used tires. I told him I wanted a refund, or at least some money back to do repairs, but he flatly refused. The body looked nice on the outside, but underneath, they attempted to hide problems. I would tell anyone who is considering buying a vehicle there, do yourself a favor, and don't even go there. This review was given through the Mass. bbb. I'm contacting the department of motor vehicles next. This is a sleazy dealership.

      The salesperson (*****) presented himself as a nice, caring person, only to find out that he was lying to me the entire time. I helped my son buy a **** F150 that was in decent shape but needed a few items. The rear tires were in poor shape, I was "promised" new rear tires, and I got "new" USED tires that didn't match the threads of the front tires and were at 50% thread depth. I was "promised" an oil change... NEVER happened. I was promised that they would "Clean and Prep" the truck... change the broken wiper blade... NEVER happened. I was promised that they would check and try to fix the rear differential slip yolk... NEVER happened. And I was the one who had to do all the running around for the *** because they couldn't handle the time constraints...If they had installed new tires as "Promised," I probably wouldn't be writing this review and just dealt with all of the other issues. But I feel that they not only lied to me but took advantage of my son, who really needed to buy a vehicle as soon as he could for work and school purposes. I will never go there again and hope that anyone who reads this will think twice about buying any vehicle from them.
