    On June 2024 , I have paid ********* ***** $11,040 in advance for one year of supervised visitation* Instead of facilitating visits, she repeatedly canceled sessions on trivial grounds (e*g*, possible rain, late text from the other parent, no fruit basket)* As a result, I was deprived of over six months of parenting time with my child*When I terminated her services and requested a refund, she refused, citing a "non-refundable policy" she allegedly handed to me in a park -- something I never signed, acknowledged, or agreed to* This is not only unprofessional but unethical* I am pursuing formal complaints with state authorities, demanding a full refund, and seeking damages for the emotional harm caused by her actions* Plus her apperance , I am still confused why my child was not afarid of her , she looked like she has been drinking none stop for centures ! If you had any probems with this person please contact me I am taking her to court and I will be presenting myself* I am very good :)*----Can you belive she filed against me a RESTRAINING ORDER , and 10th of October was the cort in ******** , ** * She did not even come , so she shows the disrespect to the court , even though I did not have to speak I choose to do so and the jusge was just shoked ! Thus, I have prepared miotion and the statement of facts and I will file today if she choose not to come I will automaticaly win the case * STAY AWAY fgrom her, she is a scammer! I AM FILING PRESSING THE CRIMINAL CHARGES AND CIVIL AGAINST THIS PERSON , IF THERE IS ANYONE WHO WAS HURT BY MS * ***** , PLEASE CONTACT ME * TOGETGHER WE WILL EASIER STOP THIS WOMAN * ALSO, SHE STRONGLY BELIEVS THAT STUPID IMMIGRANT LIKE ME CAN NOT PUNISH HER AND , THIS LADY IS VERY MUCH MISTAKEN, SHE WILL PAY ME FOR WHAT SHE DID TO ME* I HAVE PAID HER INFULL AND SIMPLY WANTED TO SEE MY CHILD, THAT'S ALL* MS* ***** SEPARATE ME WITH MY CHILD WHICH IS DIRECT VIOLATION OF HUMAN RIGHT OF THE MINOR *
