- In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the receipt of your order, provided that the item is unopened, clean and in resalable condition. To receive a refund all return requests must be initiated by calling our Customer Care Center at 1-8-SPLASH-881 (Toll Free)! A Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and must be clearly visible on the return package. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the original purchaser and the original handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns without an RMA will result in your credit for that order being delayed or denied. Please allow 21 business days from the date you return your package for your refund to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note that not all items may be returned. These items include: opened solar and winter covers, custom safety covers, pool liners, robotic pool cleaners, drop ship items (items not stocked), pool or spa chemicals and swimming pools.
