      I am very pleased with my experience with National Floors Direct. The salesman was friendly and very accommodating of our financial limitations. The carpet installers were also very friendly and professional, taking extra care not to damage my freshly painted walls. They did a great job with the installation as the carpet looks beautiful. They also took the time to ensure the rooms were thoroughly cleaned to remove all the debris from their work. I would definitely recommend National Floors Direct for the value they offer compared to competitors.

      Where do I begin? Absolute WORST experience imaginable. Started off with a very nice salesman, too good to be true deal. Picked out a great color, or so we thought! Installers showed up with something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than the color we picked out. **************** was downright rude and unhelpful. They LIED and said it was the same color and the shading varies from shipment to shipment. So unless the color we chose was just renamed to something completely different, it doesn't make any sense whatsoever. The salesman speeds through the contract then customer service holds it over your head stating you signed the legally binding contract there's nothing you can do. There's also a BS restocking fee if you choose a different color even though it was THEIR FAULT. When the new salesman came to pick out a different color, even HE AGREED it was a different color and advised us to choose a different color, because he did not trust the company that they would bring a different batch and would reuse the same order. AWFUL AWFUL, STAY AWAY. Attached are photos of the sample ****** image and simulator of our kitchen showing the same color floor, and what was actually brought that day. Are you kidding me?!

      Great customer service called me many times to make sure I was aware of process. Reasonable prices Job done in timely matter Moved heavy furniture and replaced.

      After receiving a few quotes from other companies, National Floors Direct was next on the list. The salesman came, did a great job explaining their service and helped me choose the right flooring. We scheduled the installation, and the rest was history. The installers ripped out the existing tile and carpet, and installed the floors within two days. They look great and my wife and I are really pleased!

      We were very pleased with the service we received from National Floors Direct. Beginning with the sales presentation that outlined what we should expect through the finished project. The installers were punctual and completed the flooring in a reasonable amount of time. They also were very efficient in leaving the area mess-free. We are pleased with the quality and appearance of the finished project!!

      We are pleased with the results. The National Floors Direct sales representative, ******, came to our house to show us many samples. He was very friendly; he described each product and guided us through the application process thoroughly. I was able to get questions answered from him and customer service. We followed the installation preparation instructions and, so when the installers came, everything went smoothly. Incidentally, I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

      If there is a problem you will never hear from them again they dont return calls and they will never get back to you.scam artists we shouldve gotten three beds theyre salesman. Will never let you get another bid and dont pressure you until you decide to go with them. Theyll keeplowering the price like theyre giving you something away and theyre not giving you. Nothing scam artist if theres a problem, theyll never get back to you and theyll never fix anything.

      Order # MD13959 National Direct Floors did provide a gift card for me taking the time to post this review. My review is 100%. I want to share my positive experience. Scheduling my appointment was easy. My salesperson was very knowledgeable. We agreed to a price during the initial appointment. We scheduled my installation in a short time after I approved the price and work to be completed. The installation was quick and easy. The service technicians were very nice. They did a super job and even better job with the cleanup. I would highly recommend National Direct Floors to others based on my positive experience. I would surely use them again.

      The worst carpet installation ever! When the salesman came down and quoted me a price, he walked me through the room and told me exactly where the single seam would be. I paid for a certain number of feet of carpet. When the installation guys showed up, the role of carpet was a fraction of what I paid for. They installed the flooring in a bunch of small pieces with seams all over the place. They did this to save money on the materials. It looks horrendous. I paid a lot of money for this carpeting!
