    I was denied life insurance because this "Bureau" I have never heard of illegally obtained my medical profile. I did not consent for them to have any of my information and will be filing with the **** as well and other avenues. I do beleive this is a violation of HIPAA.

    On January 10, someone requested my consumer file from MIBLLC at ***************************************** without my consent. I received a notification in the mail that said I requested this and I did not immediately submitted a form to MIB and called and its been over a month, they will not get back with me with the ** address of the fraudulent request, Im currently going through a divorce and this was done with my Social Security number two days after court for nontestable divorce. This marriage was only five months long. There is no reason anyone should be searching for insurance policies in that last name especially right after court, I fear fraudulent activity is going on and ***** at ***. Consumer will not get back with me. Will not work with me and will not provide this information so I can file police report . I was instructed to get the ** address of the fraudulent form submission and the one I submitted myself for comparison please help me obtain this information quickly

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********.

    Regardless if nothing is found at MIB, someone violated H**PA and illegally posed a false identity of me to even try to obtain this information in my name using my SS number, which your website clearly states is a federal offence. I expect full disclosure of the ip address of said attempt (as well as the test submission I myself submitted for comparison) so i can include it with my police report. I expect prompt response since this is someone posing as me there should be no privacy violation or issues. I my self work in IT and digital media and i understand the persons *****/***** *** not comprehend my request and i requested another person of contact with the company and was told that information can not be given out. I demand a contact number for MIB legal department or administration so this issue can be handled in a professional manor. 

    Side note I am going through a nasty divorce and if this is my husband and his family ILLEGALY trying to pry or obtain anything as or for me is a THREAT to my safety. This is an urgent matter since it was illegaly obtained two days after I was lied to by he and his family that court was canceled and it was not.  I know this has nothing to do with anything BUT it does change the urgency/ My local police station said I MUST OBTAIN THE ** ADDRESS to move forward and I know for a fact *** has this information. This was done out of state and his mother is a retired nurse. Please don't take this lightly.

    My Frustrating Experience with MIB I recently applied for life insurance through Ladder, and to my surprise, they claimed that I had heart valve issues and prosthetic deviceswhich I have never had. Even more puzzling, these codes were billed by a urologist I saw for a consult.Ladder then directed me to contact Exam One. However, every time I reached out, I was met with complete disorganization and unprofessionalism, being transferred from department to department with no real answers. When I finally got someone to respond, they couldnt explain how these codes ended up in my file. First, they said it came from an image, then later claimed it was from notes.Ive since filed for a re-investigation, but *** (**************************) is refusing to correct their records, even though I have documented proof from my doctor stating no such codes have ever been filed or recorded in my medical history. Despite this, MIB is still pointing me back to Exam One and offering no resolution.This is an unacceptable mix-up, and I will be pursuing legal action against MIB for having incorrect medical information on file. Its been a nightmare, and I want others to be aware of the potential issues when dealing with these companies.

    I need assitance removing an artical from my MIB report. I have reached out to the following companies to get this resolved with no avail. I spoke with *** at;*************** **************** And ****** at;**************************** I have been ignored, hung up on and lied to...I havent given any guidance as to how or why it is on my report and how to remove it.This has hindered my right to get life insurance coverage for myself..
