    I hired his team in early 2025 to finish my basement beginning in May 2025 and finish in early June. They didnt begin until mid June and didnt actually rap up until mid September. In that time we had numerous issues that delayed the project:1. They buried my thermostat under the blue board and plaster, I guess they forgot it was there 2. The plaster job was so poorly done we had to ask them to come back and reskim, their GC **** agreed it was poorly done. However, ***** came by after and decided to say **** didnt know what he was talking about and it was actually the company we had hired to paints fault. We ended up having to negotiate a compromise for someone else to fix their work after ***** through a massive fit and I had to ask him to leave my house as he was yelling and insulting the painters who were working.3. They were supposed to put an access door over our HVAC, instead they just put a cheap piece of plastic and when I told them I expected higher quality for 70k nothing was done 4. Lastly, after concluding the job I found that their construction materials and the workers constant leaving our basement door open left us with a cockroach infestation in the basement storage areas. ***** said I couldnt prove it was his fault and it was my problem to deal with.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. Also, I failed to mention in the earlier complaint and dont have a way to document this since it was both an in person and phone conversation. However, ***** the owner of the company attempted to lie and manipulate me multiple times as it related to the issues with plastering, he told me since there was already a coat of paint on the walls it wasnt possible for the plastering guys to reskim or use joint compound to fix the walls since that would require repriming the walls and once you prime joint compound and paint it, the color would come out different than the original paint color. He also doubled down on Thai by saying his plaster guys couldnt fix this issue and it was an unheard of thing to ask and was an impossible thing to do. After looking into this, I was easily able to find out that this was wildly incorrect and extremely far fetched. Im not sure if I can add this to my original complaint. This whole thing resulted in me having to negotiate a scenario where I had to have another contractor fix their issue

    Complaint was unjustifiable in that all issues were addressed with customer agreeing to a monetary settlement regarding plastering even though we did not feel it was an issue and the customer refused to have us talk with their painter to cooperatively resolve issue. Access panel is typical panel purchased at ********** and was never concern till after final inspection and when the customer took it off and could not put back on properly. Customer complained about cockroaches in their house weeks after we left and shortly after painter left. We do not believe and have never heard of such an issue in our 14 years of business. We have received awards as the BEST in the Northshore, and have a 4+ ****** rating.  This customer has some serious anger issues and has posted their issue on every review site and has filed a complaint with the state board . It is being reviewed and expected to be declined.
