      My name is ***** bid nurse Take my kids too plymouth buzzard bay *******. ******** need a bowling alley. *** has ******* bay running great clean. Very professional. **** the manager in ******** great guy does everything you want too bring your children when he is working. And his assistant manager ******** very nice lady too place is well kepts great with kids family's. They both run the Plymouth ryans. Hanover not clean rude don't Bring kids there. The place is out of control.

      Hi great place me and my wife take are kids too ******* plymouth and buzzard bay. I own ************************** my name is **** my wife ***** all are friends go too all of the ryans. Just want too say thank you too a lady named *** she works at buzzard bay she has that place running like clock work. And very clean always. Now plymouth when a nice lady named ******** is working the place is very clean very friendly we go on Saturdays when she works. I thought she was the manager very take charge like ***. But found out she was not. Met ******** manager very nice man. But all my friends can tell you my wife its jenneann that runs plymouth ryans. My wife said I should offer ******** a job will talk too her manager first before I do it. I know my friends company's want ******** Too or *** we are all surprised ********* not the plymouth manager. So we rate buzzard bay number 1 plymouth is two when ******** works hanover 3 they need help with manners and clean in that store thank you

      Usually your staff members are great, but unfortunately my wife and I had a bad experience in the ************* locations. We have some of the wizard of oz cards that we have had for a year or so,The older cards that we have do not have a bar code , so they did not work in the machine that scans the cards, so we went to the counter to redeem the points for the cards, the person at the counter did not know how to redeem the cards, so we asked for a manger. A manger came over I believe his name was **** , and proceeded to accuse us of making counterfeit cards , and being on the defense, as I have said up until now we have never had a problem , but his customer service is the worst I have ever seen and for a manger to act like that is ridiculous. Im in management and that manger needs a training class in customer service. My ********************** enjoys your establishment however after this Im going rethink going to at least that one. Thanks *********************
